Insulated Super Floor System

Engineered Strength Meets Built-In Thermal Efficiency

Our advanced suspended floor system now features integrated insulation—delivering faster installs, structural integrity, and thermal performance in one complete solution.

Free estimate. No obligation. No pressure.

Built-In Thermal Performance

Foam insulation is integrated into the system, helping maintain indoor comfort and improving energy efficiency without extra steps or labor.

Faster Install Times

With insulation built right into the system, there’s no need for separate trades or extra steps. Just install the Super Floor System, add wire mesh and pour concrete.

Lightweight & Load-Efficient

The added insulation improves thermal performance without adding bulk. It’s a smart way to reduce load without giving up strength and performance.

No Shoring Required

Like our original Super Floor System,  this is a leave-in-place formwork design, requires zero temporary shoring, saving you time, labor, and coordination on-site.

Long-Span Capability

Engineered for clear spans up to 34 feet, making it ideal for everything from safe rooms, to large commercial spaces and everything in between.

Works with Any Wall Type

The Super Floor System works seamlessly with ICF, CMU, poured-in-place concrete, wood, and steel framing. No special connections or compromises needed.

Design Considerations

Structural Design Conditions

  • Tables are based on a SDL of 10 PSF and Construction Live Load of 20 PSF
  • Concrete compressive strength 4000 psi
  • Joists are rolled from 2.97BMT material (SS50-G90 Galvanized steel)
  • First joist hole to be min. 4’ from joist end
  • Joists are precambered 0.015" per 10' length
  • Vibration not considered for span tables
  • Dead loads include weight of concrete
  • No propping required during slab placement
  • Capacities per ANSI/AISI S100-12 LRFD

Concrete Properties

  • Minimum 3500 PSI

Loading

  • Installed Floor Dead Load is 50 PSF (with 4" topping)
